I purchased 6 tickets for an event. Never received email confirmation. I have a screenshot of my receipt, but the order doesn't show up in the app. I also have the credit card charge. Awaiting a response from support. The event is Monday, 3/3 at 6pm. Right now, I have no way of knowing if my party and I should show up at the venue! How embarrassing that would be if we couldn't get in!

I was in Milwaukee WI at the brewery over this past weekend..this pretty woman named Eva introduced herself as a rep and showed us the app and put us ON🙌 shout out to her..very helpful.

It is a great concept with some minor issues when downloading and purchasing passes. However, when the app works its super easy to use.
