Hitstory is a unique music player app specifically designed to scan the cards of the Hitstory board game. The app’s purpose is to read the music cards included in the game and play the songs featured on them.
How does it work?
Get the Hitstory board game, download the free app, and you’re ready to play! Hitstory is a fast-paced and entertaining party game featuring 360 cards with the biggest hits of past decades. Each card is beautifully illustrated with hand-drawn artwork showcasing the artists behind the songs, creating a unique art collection of the world’s most iconic musicians.
The app uses your smartphone’s camera to scan the cards and play the songs. Players then have to guess the artist and the year of release.
Time disc guessing: Players use their vinyl discs to guess the release year of the song. The player with the closest guess wins the card, which grants them additional advantages.
Fun actions: Guessing the artist unlocks special actions such as karaoke, air guitar, or miming. These humorous tasks can be assigned as “penalties” to an opponent, who must perform them, ensuring a fun and lively atmosphere.
