awful. the app never works. use to be free. now have to subscribe for a service that rarely works with an initially very expensive camera purchase. DO NOT BUY

It's an excellent app, but it kicks you out of the app every so often, and to log back in it asks for a verification code that takes a very long time to arrive.

Since being forced to pay for this app after the company went bankrupt the app barely works. It loads half the time, doesn't record half of the things my baby does. It absolutely sucks and is a massive scam now the subscription doesn't even record activity during the night so I'm cancelling it.

Ugh!!! when we first got this camera for almost $300, we had so many options with the app such as breathing tracking, playback, etc. now you either have to pay a subscription or it's just a glorified expensive baby camera. app sucks too. I've had to uninstall it and reinstall it multiple times. save yourself the hassle and get the Nanit Pro. that's what we did for our second baby!

I can't depend on the app to stay connected long enough for me to do anything away from my baby. I get video disconnected very frequently, sound cuts out as well even when video is working. Is connected to 5G wifi. Considering buying a different monitor since I can't depend on this one Newest problem is background audio isn't working

app constantly glitches, forgets cameras, cannot add some. feed will crash or straight error out. moneygrab now requires subscription for features that were included since release.. bought a second one for simplicity and they make you have a sub PER CAMERA. money hungry company, would reccomend alternatives.

After owning this a year, the features I bought it for are now only for paid subscribers when they were free before. The app is awful. It constantly disconnects, and if the app can't find your wifi network all support will tell you is that there is something wrong with your router. Every other device in my home doesn't have a problem connecting, or maintaining that connection. There are much better options out there that will give you a better peace of mind for your little ones.
