As an Orange Belgium mobile customer, MyOrange app allows you to: • Closely monitor your consumption • Consult and modify your tariff plan • See your last 6 invoices and review the details • Manage your payment preferences (method of payment and address for receiving invoices) • Pay your invoices via a banking app or with your card reader • Reload your prepaid card or that of someone close to you • Shift from a prepaid card to a subscription in just a few clicks • Activate, adapt or deactivate options • Manage the tariff plans and options of members of your household included on your invoice • Consult your advantages and accept your gifts available thanks to the Orange Thank You loyalty programme • Add cards to your subscription for members of your household directly from the app • Add an Internet or TV offer to your subscription • Purchase a new smartphone and benefit from advantageous reductions by combining subscription + smartphone • Find the nearest Orange shop • Test the network coverage and speed of your internet connection • Access FAQs, web forms and useful numbers for contacting us. We will be delighted to assist you! IMPORTANT INFORMATION • Do not worry about your surf volume: The use of the app itself is free in Belgium and abroad. The use of third-party applications is not: the use of GPS for the localization of Orange shops and the payment or reloading via a banking app is charged as a surfing volume. • Use via mobile network or Wi-Fi: The My Orange app is accessible via the mobile network or Wi-Fi. Très mauvaise expérience. J’ai souscrit un abonnement pour mon fils mineur, avec un blocage de dépassement de forfait activé. Malgré cela, Orange a facturé 30 € de hors forfait, après avoir envoyé un SMS au téléphone de mon fils pour lui proposer de lever le blocage… ce qu’il a accepté, alors qu’il est mineur. Je n’ai jamais donné mon accord en tant que titulaire du contrat. Orange reconnaît le problème mais ne propose qu’un remboursement partiel de 50 %, ce qui est inacceptable. Pratique li

ÇA fait trois ans que je suis client. Je prévois mon déménagement donc je téléphone trois semaines a l'avance pour prévenir que je déménage. Ont me donne un rendez vous le jours juste apres mon déménagement, qui s'annule pour une erreur de fichier 10min avant. ont me donne un autre rendez-vous 5jours plus tard, toutes l'après-midi a la maison a attendre personne... je re téléphone et ont m'annonce une autre erreur. depuis vendredi j'attend le message de (l'expert) pour je ne sais quoi.

Inutilisable Une fois sur deux il faut à nouveau introduire son numéro de téléphone. Soit c'est un bug depuis des années, soit on nous prend pour des moutons. Cette fois même plus moyen d'accéder à l'application, et donc à mes factures. Inadmissible, voire illégal.

Stopped working on my Sony Xperia 10 IV (model nr XQ-CC54). It loads a background image of a guy laying down in grass...and that's how far it goes. For some people that might be enough, but I'd like to see a bit more data about my smartphone subscription. UPDATE: restarting my phone on multiple occasions did not work, but removing the app and reinstalling it did solve the problem.

on nous bloque pour un retard alors quont touche pas debut du mois et pendant ce temp mes enfant on besoin de leur téléphone dans le bus sans donner mobile il savent pas regarder leur gsm pendant 1h de bus alors que c'est le premier retard c'est exagérer et le mois prochain vous aller encore augmenter la facture
