- DELIVERY AND PARCEL TRACKING MADE EASY
Keep an eye on your deliveries with the parcel tracker in the Austrian Post app – regardless of whether you are the recipient or the sender. You can easily find your deliveries using the shipping number or barcode scanner. With push notifications, you won't miss any changes in the parcel status, and with online tracking, you'll always know where your items are.
- PLAN RECEIVING AND FORWARD PACKAGES IN A BREEZE
We understand that things can change. Even while your item is on its way, various receiving options are available to you: delivery to an Austrian Post service location or pick-up station, to a preferred neighbour, to a secure location of your choice, or even delivery on a different date. It’s up to you to decide when and how you actually want to receive your items.
- YOUR DIGITAL PICK-UP NOTIFICATION IS WHERE YOU ARE
If a parcel delivery is not possible or if you have redirected the parcel, we will inform you in real-time about your pick-up option at an Austrian post office or pick-up station using the parcel tracker in your Austrian Post app. You can call up your pick-up slip directly in the parcel tracking app without having to collect the yellow slip first.
- HAVE PARCELS COLLECTED FROM HOME
If you're accumulating return parcels at home, you can easily have them collected by your Austrian Post delivery person using our collection service. Up to 5 parcels can be collected per workday and the service is easy to book in the app.

With the location finder, you can find all Austrian post offices, post partners, the nearest pick-up station and the letterbox in your area – simply by determining your location or entering your address. Get daily updated information on opening hours and distance information or navigate directly to the location of your choice using the Austrian Post app.
