The app is promising, however just like what the other user commented, the claim to read books offline is UNTRUE. I've tried everything, like making sure that the book cover would appear once you downloaded the book to the library, manually opening all chapters ONLINE one by one, but when I turn off the data or the WiFi, I cannot read anything offline. I don't understand. You claimed it's readable online but why is it not? Please, help me understand this.

Hello! I just want to let you know, as of now 11.26.25, bakit ayaw mabuksan nang app? Android user here. I have wifi at home and unlimited mobile app so for sure it's not my network. Please fix the issue. Salamat po!

I like these apps but the ads are just annoying, I can't read properly and when there's no load I can't read at all.

I love this app, not a doubt about that. There's only some issues that doesn't seem to go away or is fixed, it keeps on lagging, every time and just suddenly crashes, doesn't matter if I'm online or not. I've checked my internet connection and I still have a lot of space on my phone, so I kinda figured it's the app, not the phone, I've tried updating but it's no use. Right now, I'm having issues with signing up, it said failed internet connection but it's not it. I hope you can get it fixed.

i can't use it, it says that i have no internet connection eventhough i have a stable wifi connection. i can't even log-in my account because of that.

I downloaded this since this is where my fav author uploads their story but there are so many performancr issue about this app. Firstly, is the update notif, it is so slow to load the new update like it is so irritating, I thought its about my internet connection but it is not. Next, is the sudden crash or lag. Haloreads is testing my patience right now huhu, pls fix the issues, bugs, crash, and performance level. I want to support Filipino authors and I wish this app would be the grounds.

new chapters won't load even after closing and reopening the app. i tried uninstalling and downloading to install it again, but then it still says the same. it keeps on displaying that i don't have internet when i'm even connected to wifi.
