I really loved payflex but I will ne recommend this app to anyone I am so disappointed my spend limit was 8 680 now is 3 333 I did not miss any payment I did not purchase anything it's just dropped just like that they did not give me any explanation no email nothing

Very useful App. I love that they changed the payments from every 2 weeks, to the 25th, maybe consider the people that gets paid the last day of the month too.

I paid for all my items on shein. After receiving my order, I returned all items and they allocated the refund money to payflex on top of the payments I was supposed to pay to payflex. Now they claim that I won't receive my refund, i do not know why.

I recently made a purchase using this app. I was so unhappy, 3 installments fall under this month (December 2025) and the fourth one just mid January. I sent them quiery on the app I have not been responded to yet.
