di magproceed sa step 2 pagmag forget password kahit nakatanggap naman ng otp,.service unavailable ang nakalagay Pero may natanggap namang otp.

very frustrating you cannot reset password as it will say send code to my phone but even if I get the code there is error on their end that authentication is not available right now.. same with security question so if you forgot password you have to go to their office

very disappointed. hindi lumalabas sa portal ang conso loan. kaya pano namin mase-settle yung perang namin na inutang namin na tinubuan ng gahaman na sss.

My first time filing an Emergency Loan but I got an error "el45: web service unavailable. please try again later" I tried different devices and different times of the day, but still got the same error. I emailed SSS, but they're so unresponsive. It's my 5th follow up already.

Processing via online like Disability Benefits was so SLOW. It's take a 2 month before the Payment Settlement was done. Need to improve your Procedure regards on Disability Benefits Application, Maybe the doctor in charge are more to evaluate fast the requirements submitted so that the process was not too long to wait. WHY DOES HARD & SUPER SLOW TO FILED LIKE THIS DISABILITY BENEFITS? But when it comes to transmittal of contribution payment by the Individual Member was so fast. ATTENTION📍
