I've run these cameras and app for a few years now. It used to work great as a stand alone system, with the ability to access the video of recorded events that were stored on the SD card, and having data stored on the cloud was subject to subscription. But now, it seems as though greed has prompted the developers to move all video data to the cloud, and hold it to ransom unless you pay a subscription fee. Pity this wasn't communicated to those with the app, because I would have not updated. CYA

Update: Still won't let me view videos. What's the point of this app then? Ever since the update it's been laggy and delayed. Takes forever to play the videos and it won't work half the time.

I was happy enough with the app before all the ridiculous cloud storage banners. As others have mentioned, the latest update has wiped out previous recording history.

Does not save history for later viewing . It works ok on the live mode. Saving history is what is important for sharing with other LEO's to help catch criminals breaking laws during the night or when not at home.

Last Update take away alot of features that i normally use. Screen shot notification was a great asset now its no more..

Works great for everyday use. Alerts can be turned on or off. Sometimes it's lagging for live video, but that's a network issue not an app issue.
