myPrimobox is a personal and secure storage space accessible from your smartphone to manage all your important professional and personal documents.
If all HR documents concerning your work life in the company are dematerialised with the DEMAT HR ® solution (employment contract, amendment, payslip, etc.), they are then automatically stored in your myPrimobox space.
ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS IN A SECURE PERSONAL SPACE
Each month, your payslips are automatically deposited in your myPrimobox space. In this space, all other professional documents can be viewed, downloaded and shared.
Your myPrimobox space is available 24/7.
STORAGE SPACE OFFERED BY YOUR EMPLOYER FOR LIFE
Protect your important documents from damage and make space in your drawers!
You have a storage space that allows you to save all your personal documents (invoices, receipts, copies of identity cards, etc.) in complete confidence. They can be filed and shared if necessary.
You retain free access for consultation to your personal myPrimobox space for an unlimited period of time, even if you leave your company.
SUPPORT FOR AN OPTIMAL EXPERIENCE
Following the set up of HR document dematerialisation in your company, an information letter will be sent to you.
A user guide gives you access to all the information you need to guarantee an optimal experience.
Support is available via the website https://www.primobox.com/support/. We respond to all requests within 48 hours during working days.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURE CONNECTION
Benefit from a secure application developed by Primobox, a French company that is a member of the “Fédération Nationale des Tiers de Confiance du numérique”.
Primobox is committed to guaranteeing the highest level of confidentiality on stored information and documents. No commercial use is made of your personal data. Access to myPrimobox is made using a unique username and password.
Your personal data is hosted exclusively in France and stored in ISO 27001 certified data centres.
FOR EASE OF USE
All your personal data (surname, first name, login, email, address, telephone number) and the choice of language can be modified via the application menu. Additional security measures are in place and you will be asked for your password to validate the update.
