"Novellair is not responding" "Oops, network error, please try again later" I am tired of wasting my time with this app. It is too glitchy. You cannot even watch ads to earn points without getting kicked off seconds before earning the reward. You may get to read a few sentences then get kicked off multiple times, then having to go back and pick up where you were kicked out. Too much trouble!!! I actually enjoyed what I read of the book. I am not even going to finish the book. Worst app ever.

The story I'm reading offered a bulk unlock that filled me in on how this app operates. for 240 chapters it would require 60,140 coins or vouchers to unlock them all, you can purchase 6,000 coins that come with 900 vouchers for $60, you would have to make this $60 purchase 9 times to get enough to unlock the whole story. ONE BOOK=$540 NO THANK YOU. it's not even well written. one chapter cost 90 coins then the next jumped to 240! what a rip off

stories are great, but your games do not work at all, and the ads never ever load. and you're expensive, the ads and games would level it out but what's the point if nothing works at all? I want to keep your app but not like this, oh and everytime I go to spend money nothing it errors. please do not tell me uninstall and reinstall, not dumb, done it many times.

Don't even waste your time they get you with a short story but right after you BUY vouchers to read farther it will glitch out back to the last chapter before you paid. OVER AND OVER. One star because you can't give zero.

being a fast reader, this site is expensive. the book I'm reading is fantastic. I'm playing the games but no points are being issued. waste of my time. lots of daily hours lost. not happy with that.

good stories but the watch Ad button to continue reading is really bugged. its even worse since the update. There really should be another way to access the watch ads to unlock a chapter because the one button for it constantly not working and there not being another place to access that really ruins the app.

Stupid novel app👎.. I check in 20 voucher but I only got 8, where did the rest go? 😠 also put game to get voucher but have plenty of ads inside the game. Waste my time.

The story lines are interesting and hold my interest, however, after 255 chapters, the story is not close to an end. Every few days there are two or three chapters added with another storyline going in a different direction. I will not renew my subscription because of the cost and it is not worth it. I feel as though the long drawn out storylines are an attempt to entice me to continue to purchase additional chapters. This becomes a very expensive read and there is no reason to continue.
