Après avoir essayé une autre appli payante, je peux constater que Runmotion est plus efficace. Je mesure après seulement trois mois d'entraînement une vraie progression. Faciles d'utilisation, elle est plus souple que la précédente appli pour modifier le planning hebdomadaire, pour augmenter ou diminuer la charge suivant la forme physique ou bien les contraintes de vie. Les conseils de chaques cessions sont justes et les résultats ressentis sont avérés.

Très bonne appli pour structurer son entraînement à la course à pied. J'en suis à ma deuxième préparation consécutive pour une course de trail et je suis content de voir les progrès grâce à RunMotion. À l'avenir j'aimerais un peu plus de personnalisation en ce qui concerne le type de terrain pour les sessions en fractionnés, notamment pouvoir donner la longueur de la plus grande côte disponible à chaque séance.

Es buenísima. Estoy progresando cada vez más haciéndole caso a esta app. Lo malo que 90€ al año se me hace un poco caro. Pero la versión gratuita que uso yo es bastante completa. Aunque no te da el analisis

je n'ai pas envie de vous tacoer, mais je n'ai rien compris à votre appli. je voulais tout simplement aller courir et lancer l'appli pour mes infos de course, mais impossible de trouver comment faire. j'ai la hé l'affaire au bout de 15 minutes.

Amo este app. Ele monta os treinos de corrida conforme meu objetivo, tem integração com o garmin (exporta os exercícios certinho para o relógio), monta também exercícios de fortalecimento, com vídeo e explicação de cada exercício. Superou as minhas expectativas! e mais um detalhe: Depois do treino de corrida, o app dá feedback com uso de IA.

Du vol ! Je n’ai pas l’habitude de laisser des commentaires, mais je suis extrêmement mécontent. J’ai téléchargé l’application Runmotion pour la découvrir et, après seulement 10 minutes d’utilisation, j’ai décidé de la désinstaller sans souscrire à l’abonnement. Quelle surprise ce soir en consultant mes comptes : un prélèvement de 89,90 € pour un abonnement annuel a été effectué sans mon accord ! Pour moi, cela s’apparente à un vol pur et simple.

boa app para gestao e planeamento do treino. com dicas varias e em assuntos abrangentes a atividade. como por exemplo alimentação e reforço muscular. Por fim, tem análise do treino inclusive com AI.

belle app mais plusieurs points noirs la feront probablement disparaître... PLUS: programme intéressant, des exercices variés et spécifiques, du renforcement musculaire, des étirements MOINS: aucune adaptation intelligente du programme si on rate une séance, si on en fait des plus ou moins costaud que prévu. Des analyses de séances qui devraient disparaître tellement elles sont nulles, incapable de lire distance ou la durée d'une sortie alors que penser de n'importe quelle info apportée après
