BOOST

TRAIN

BIOMETRIC DATA FOR OBJECTIVE INSIGHTS
Sens.ai uses our breakthrough sensors to adapt your Sessions in real-time and provide objective results. The Train metrics include:
1. FLOW: is the total time you were able to say in the targeted training zone.
2. STREAK: is your longest time spent in the target state during the session.
3. SYNCHRONY: indicates the target brainwaves in the front and back of your head are coherent (in relationship) and in phase (peak and valleys of the waveform happening at the same time.)
4. COHERENCE: Heart Coherence is a state of optimal mind/body functioning and brain/heart synchronization
5. RECOVERY is your average time to recover after exiting the target state.
