Path to Orion is like an Infinite Runner with arcade and roguelike mechanics, set in an endless outer space. Just dash, dodge asteroids and shoot tons of bullets to destroy the alien spaceships.
Your ship consists of 3 parts, each one capable of destroying obstacles of one color, so you’ll have to gain skill in twisting and shooting by colors. A great new mechanic for infinite runner games and a space shooter.
But be carefull, unlike other endless runner games, there are 5 lanes in the road and only 2 of them are free for you to dodge obstacles! Meaning you’ll have to destroy everything in front of you or temporarily collapse to avoid asteroids while you run at the speed of light in this infinite space shooter.
Every galaxy you visit will have a roguelike map of planets in which you can run. Some of them will provide you with upgrades for your ship, others with secret loot. Complete each level and collect as many suns and power-ups as you can to progress to the next galaxy.
In between levels, you can tune every module of your spaceship with different weapons, shields and special attacks to build a powerfull combat starship that will help you destroy the enemy’s ships.
At the end of each world, you will have to fight epic battles against a Boss that will defy your skills. Choose your path wisely to obtain the best power-ups to craft your ship and survive this galactic adventure.
