the call lasted 6 mins not very helpfull just given exsercises at the moment i carn't even move very well and in a lot of pain

does not work? when i enter the 6 digit code successfully and touch ok, the screen just goes back to the login page and i need a new code? Around and around it goes.

A great app, however not intuitive... For new users to the app, or if you have used it before and returned after some time away, some things don't work that well... If you have an appointment booked the very first thing you see is the app Home page showing a blue "Get Started" oval at the bottom of the screen. You then ask yourself "Where do I go, or what do I click on to show where my booked appointment/consultation is?" It's incredibly confusing, and NOT intuitive!

why do you have to login constantly to it? and then get a 6 digit code emailed through. makes the app very user unfriendly

very good service, counsellors are lovely and very helpful. Sometimes difficult to get appointment with preferred counsellor at convenient time when first booking online (can book directly with them from first session onward, which is much easier). Would be helpful to have an idea of who the counsellors are before booking - not just academically, but a rough age of the counsellor would be helpful as,for example, the preference might be to speak to someone closer in age or older.
