The AI Lucas is profoundly unhelpful. it cannot prioritize or respond effectively to anything but the most rudimentary of prompts. Ask for a real agent.

The way that this app works is shady. It never tells you that, by once you start a charging session it will actually charge you $20 to refill a wallet, then start a chaging session, even though you never consented to this extra charge in advance. Shady practices from this company aside, the app works well.

Please avoid this company and go with a better experienced option. 1. You are forced to automatically top up your credit card $20 dollars, when your balance reaches $10. Why? I have no idea 🤷🏽‍♂️ You shouldn't need to top up anything, it should be pay per use like Tesla. 2. The app doesn't provide cost info while charging or your battery level.

once you start charging and then close the app, there is no way to stop the charging. very unsafe.

Very predatory app with predatory practices to purposely hold your money in their system so they can collect interest. If I pay $5 to charge my car it does not make sense for them to forcefully attempt to charge my card $25 when I've only used $5 worth of services. There is no need to take a extra $20 and leave it sitting in a wallet especially in today's economy. What gas station forces you to keep money in your account in order to use the pump. Very nasty app.

The fact that the company forces you to pretty much pay them $20and top up after the balance is $5, is ridiculous and an overstep of power when needing to use their stations. Prior it was $10 and didn't tip up until you weren't able to cover the charge. That is how it should be. Consumers should not have to prepay for something that we may never use. Preauthorizations should be the standard prior to use. Bad company policies.

I use to like this app until they did an update where they do an auto-reload. If your balance is low they will automatically charge your card on file $20-$100 bucks. $20 is the lowest preset auto-reload that they will allow. I would rather they just use whatever balance is left on my account and just let the charger stop once the balance is depleted. I'll be going back to using EVgo as they only authorized $5.00 to start the charger and they only charge me for exactly what I used.

beware of this app. they wrongly charge me at $14.69 with an unknown charging device. But actually, I was using another charger at the same place. you won't get back the wrong charge. they will not admit a fault or error occurred on their APP.
