won't work with Android 15 because since I've updated my phone the app won't work at all and I've uninstalled and downloaded again 3 times

50/50, it does its job but requires a lot of figuring out and screwing around with the UI elements to get to that point in the first place and know what you're actually doing. For example with the most recent update, the element for the 'Start tracking' button and zoom in/out on the map are now too low so they intersect with and are 'under' my phone's navigation buttons, meaning they can't be pressed unless turning the device to landscape.

Unable to use live tracking or search in help features as app interface sits too low and underlays with the navigation buttons on the phone. Android.

Primitive app. Functionality is flaky (sometimes it shows the map, sometimes Live Tracking button doesn't work, Favourites seems to be the country and not the route favourite, can't see how to select routes once you've done original setup etc). The user interface needs to be rebuilt - so there's menu allowing each function to be explicitly selected, rather than trying to work out how to get to things which may or may not work. I'm doubtful it will show buses when I get to where I'm going.

App doesn't work correctly. Unable to load funds to card. Have to double tap some functions then it times out and crashes. You state you have resolved the same issues that everyone at the schools complain about but when I spoke to the local bus company they stated that it was a known problem with no current fix. Until you fix it thousands of kids will be riding for free because you can't provide an alternative way to load money on the card.

updated 24-3-25 Customer service quite helpful. location must be shared to avoid the flickering keyboard. Now I can see my sons cards and top up as needed. ...

The app doesn't work on my Android. It's installed, and accounts were created for my 3 kids, but I can't add money to the cards. It was working okay a few months ago, but now it's really too slow, and it crashes all the time. I sent emails and tried to call the bus line, but none answered. I just need to know if there is an alternative way to add money to the cards instead of using this app so my kids can catch the school bus.

Worst app too slow and when i had the app open it got out of it and locked my screen and my phone got hot and restarted.. and when I'm trying to go to another app I've got opened it goes straight back to this app so I have to close it to use other apps and can't use the search bar because gets out of it straight away when I got to type
