its great for keeping in contact with people inside but this app struggles to give notifications..messages load up when I open the app and I have no notification or receiving messages..please fix this, its been like this for about 3 months now

why is there a monthly fee to use this app? 4quid a month is exorbitant and seems feels like a cruel and unusual punishment to communicate with loved ones. and the inmates have to pay 3p a message too? double scam wammy. it's no wonder inmates pay staff to bring phones in.

Despite being set up and verified I am unable to use this on my phone. On my iPad the app works but on my phone it keeps telling me I'm not verified. The android app is also a different colour to the one that is working on my iPad. Whatever the issue is needs fixing, I've tried reporting the issue to resolve it but no response

apart from the subscription page constantly popping up App isn't sending any notifications Atall it's so frustrating

keeps telling me to buy subscription even though I have paid for a year. this stops me from opening messages. I have emailed the issue across with screenshots but no reply has been given. these lot like to take your money but have no response. might open a rival app and bid for the tender which will do a better job than this. Most likely will highlight its downfalls to the prisons using it.

keeps asking me to subscribe when I have and the keyboard keeps covering the screen so you can't see what you're typing.

Hi Unify, with the latest update, what have you done now?? when you type on your phone,you can't see what you're typing, have to wait when you finish typing to see what you typed, can't even correct what I typed. update, I got your reply, thank you

love how I am able to stay in contact with my partner, has emojis too. but the app is constantly asking for payment, it didnt the first month, then the 2nd month the message to pay constantly pops up and I click it off, for it to pop up about 5 more times before it stops. also since the last update my text box has half disappeared off the bottom of my screen? I cant see what ive typed until I've sent it now, very frustrating. I have reinstalled it and still same.
