The end of the year is nigh. But the end-of-year celebrations are only gettin’ started! Time to head to the cupboards for your fanciest flutes, and top ‘em off with effervescent apple juice — it’s our last release of 2025, and, well, you know us! We’re making it one to remember.
- Platform codes! Looking for a train, but aren’t sure which platform it’s stopping at? We’ve added support for all-new platform codes (starting with the first few early-bird agencies to support them!)
- Any time you tap on a route, look up a-to-b directions, or start a GO trip, we’ll show you the “platform code” associated with each departure in the ETA card (whenever we have platform code data)
- Agency links! If you’re among the lucky folks riding with one of Transit’s 180+ partner agencies, your agency can now set up a cornucopia of custom links for you to explore in Transit’s settings page. Lost and found? Ticketing info? We’ll now point you to all yer agency’s most important pages
- Lastly: something bodaciously GO-dacious, for over 4M qualifying crowdsourcers. Stay tuned.

Halloween is done. Daylight savings is over. The baseballers have gone home for good. Yet the season of sleigh bells is not yet upon us… which means it’s time to bask in the wonderment of GOvember, a middle month for raking leaves and plowing through the leaderboards on your local buses and trains.
While you’ve been busy turning public transit crowdsourcing into a gladiatorial spectator sport, we’ve been plotting our own suite of entertainments. Like any worthwhile surprise, we’re giftwrapping it in mystery and allusion. (If you’ve put the “GO” in “VERY GOOD” this year? Then it’s statistically probable you’ll enjoy what’s coming down the bus pikes and train tubes later this month ;)
Also… shocker… we fixed some bugs!
