Me encanta, haces ejercicio todos los días q quieras y además te manda recordatorio es totalmente gratis y eliges q quieres trabajar. 10/10 Vale mucho la pena. De todas la que he probado est es la mejor de todas❤️‍🩹🔥

La app está muy bien y los ejercicios muy claros, además de tener diferentes entrenamientos generales y enfocados. Pero tener que desactivar el bloqueo de pantalla cada vez que se utiliza es un contra, puesto que sino lo desactivas al bloquearse la pantalla la app se detiene y te corta el entrenamiento. Podrían “solucionar ese problemilla”.

Meilleure application parmi toutes celles testées. Nombreux exercices avec explications écrites et vidéos. Les sessions sont courtes, ce qui permet de les exécuter chaque jour même si on a très peu de temps.
