New PDF Template and Display Features – With the Support of POLICE-SEC Kft.
This update brings the visual quality and customizability of PDF documents to a whole new level. The goal is to ensure that all generated PDFs look as professional and polished as possible. The improvements were developed with the support and professional input of POLICE-SEC Kft.
Summary of Key Updates:
1. New PDF Template – With or Without Images
• Choose between two template styles: image-based, displaying product images for each item, and a clean image-free layout.
• Product images appear in the first column, center-aligned and sized uniformly to 40×40 px.
• If an item has no image, a default icon is displayed to maintain consistent layout and structure.
2. Text Blocks With HTML Formatting
• New feature: custom text blocks can be added to the printable area of the PDF.
• These blocks support HTML formatting, allowing for bold text, colors, styles, and more — ideal for highlighting important content.
• Text blocks can be placed above or below the item list, as needed.
3. Improved Sample Item Handling
• You can now attach images to sample items, which are also included in the generated PDF.
• A new delete button lets users remove an image from a sample item if a simpler layout is preferred.
4. Logo Management Enhancements
• Uploaded logos are now automatically resized for optimal display.
• A new option allows users to remove the logo entirely for a cleaner, logo-free PDF.
5. Customizable Header Color
• The background color of the PDF header can now be fully customized.
• This allows users to match the visual identity of their business or brand.
