See when you get paid with recent pending and posted settlement details for all of your Amex accepting locations. View and download payment transaction activity anytime, including eStatements and eInvoices (if applicable). Plus, filter by date to see activity from your preferred date range.

With our American Express merchant app, you can easily access your recent dispute cases and stay informed.
YOUR ACCOUNT IN A SINGLE GLANCE
View your entire account on the enhanced homescreen, which provides you with a convenient way to track key account updates and navigate directly to that feature.
App and app features are only available for Amex accepting Merchants in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the Caribbean*. To login, users must have an American Express online Merchant Account user ID and password or create one by clicking the “Register Now” link on the login screen of the app.

ONLINE ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You will need an Online Merchant Account to use the Amex Merchant app. If you don’t have one, simply tap the ‘Register now’ link on the log-in screen to complete registration in a few simple steps. To get started, you will need your Merchant Account number shown on your statements.
