Our mission is to test recipes over and over again until we understand how and why they work and until we arrive at the “best” version of a particular recipe. The result, we hope, is the best version of a particular recipe, but we realize that only you can be the final judge of our success (or failure). As we like to say in the test kitchen, “We make the mistakes so you don’t have to.” Along with developing recipes, our test kitchen team exhaustively tests kitchen equipment and does blind tastings of supermarket ingredients to tell home cooks which brands to buy…and which to avoid. More than one million Cook’s Illustrated readers rely on Cook’s Illustrated reviews to make smarter decisions about which cooking products and ingredient brands to buy. Cook’s Illustrated recipes, testings, and tastings can be found in Cook’s Illustrated magazine and cookbooks, online at CooksIllustrated.com, or featured on our public television show, America’s Test Kitchen.}

La única revista de comida que es 100%. Además es científica. Explica el porqué de las cosas. Una maravilla.

It is unfortunate and disappointing that the links in the articles are only good if you also have a subscription for the website; especially since the subscription for Cook’s Illustrated isn’t cheap to begin with.

I’ve been a subscriber to this app for 10 years now, and it’s not what it used to be. Where did all the interactive features go, the ones that you still tout in the app description, and on your website? During COVID, it changed to what is basically a PDF, and that was ok for back then, but it hasn’t changed back. And now, I, and others apparently, haven’t gotten the May-June 24 issue yet, and not a peep anywhere about it.

The May/June issues not available on the app. I can get it on my library app for free. All the great features that disappeared with the pandemic have never returned. If you try for app support, it takes you to their site but there is no support. I have call and have been told numerous times it is Apple’s app, and they do not support it. I just so frustrating.

I’m not getting the May/June 2024 issue, and I know it’s out. Fortunately my renewal date is in a few days. So I’m not renewing. Shoddy management here. Disappointing.

I love the magazine, but I have emailed about my most recent issue for May/June 2024 which isn't there, but no response. I know is out because it is on Apple News. I'm a paying subscriber! Why isn't the app updating?? I like to save my magazines to refer back to them. And yes, I have restored my previous purchases to make sure that there wasn't a glitch somewhere. I want my magazine or else I may as well unsubscribe.

My Cook’s Illustrated Magazine is not giving me the update to the May-June 2024 issue. Please fix this. I would also like the interactive features restored for app users. MG
