Previously used the old Nozbe (Nozbe classic) which I found to be a better bet than many of the competitors. Simple or as complex as you need. Switched over to the new Nozbe and for a while tested out other apps again. But life happened - job/business became overwhelmingly busy, personal life became stressful - including managing a close family member with a neurodegenerative disease. This app saves my life every day at the moment. You can backlink tasks (make a mini wiki) and connect Evernote and Dropbox files. I put everything into Nozbe. It’s a one stop, quick reference, my master plan. Unlike other apps it’s the same visually on every platform, no thought or confusion needed, I just find what I need. No stress. A simple system is all you need, but reliability, flexibility and bulletproofness makes this app the best. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. I use a Nozbe with my work (4 people) and an upgraded space for personal stuff (and share a few projects with free users). If you want to be organised, use this app.

But better than Todoist in concept. Let’s see where this goes.

I’ve been using Nozbe for several years and been quite happy. Glad to say I am even happier with the new application. More streamlined and very easy to use.

Nozbe is a perfect level of complexity for a single user or small organization to manage projects and tasks and integrate into an overall productivity system for your organization. It lacks some of the bells and whistles of larger program management applications, but for me that is what makes it attractive. It has what small organizations need while allowing you to use it as part of a system with other applications, rather than relying on one app for everything. I’ve used Nozbe for personal use and for my nonprofit for over a decade and see no reason to go to another application.

Nutze Nozbe regelmäßig für unsere Aufgaben im Team, sowie auch meine privaten Aufgaben. Das schlichte aber ansprechende Design und das gute Gesamtkonzept machen es zu einen guten Alltagsbegleiter. Deutlich besser als z.B. der Planner von MS
