Probably the worst app I have come across. Had endless problems setting up my account and needed several calls to customer services-who are excellent. Now I have tried to move to a contract but discovered that means I have to have a new sim. Why??? So I’m not taking out a contract. And you cannot register a new card on the app, even though it says you can. You have to go online. Wasted so much time and I’m rather sorry I left my previous provider. Wouldn’t recommend Asda Mobile to anyone.

New to Asda mobile and I note from earlier reviews from over a year ago that the log in issue still doesn’t work. On mine neither does the manage cards section. Seems no one at Asda mobile cares after you join them. So far customer service don’t rush to reply either. Hope this provider improves.

The app is clumsy at best. But biggest problem when it deletes payment cards and does not allow one to be installed

For starters the app just doesn’t work properly but not only that I purchased a bundle over 30 minutes ago and it is still not working the app is terrible to use would not recommend to my worst enemy this app has made me want to rip my eyes out

I absolutely hate this app. If I didn’t have to have it for my son’s phone, I wouldn’t. This app is so hard to use. Having to log in 3 times to get to the top-up is ridiculous. Trying to work out how to see the current balance is impossible. This needs to be streamlined so it is user friendly urgently.

One of the worst mobile app that I have ever used. Not for purpose with so many bugs and the top up process is impossible and rarely ever works and if it is a Sunday, forget getting any help from the poor customer services . I don’t think Asda mobile management division care about customer care.

It repeatedly says it doesn’t recognise either my phone number or password. Tried to update password numerous times. Still no good.

When are you going to fix this app? It went from working reliably with easy login to now having a laborious login every single time. There are plenty of low cost SIM deals out there so the functionality of the app really makes a difference. I will be leaving ASDA Mobile soon if this is not fixed.
