The Our Medical app places access to exceptional healthcare at your fingertips. Connect to your healthcare information and the network of General Practitioners at our medical centres. GP CHECK-IN Discreetly check-in to see a bulk billing GP in a few taps. Choose between the doctor of your choice, or the first available GP. We’ll also remind you which doctor you saw on your last visit. PLACE IN QUEUE UPDATES After you have checked-in, you can track your place in the GP queue – see the number of patients in front of you and an indication of wait-time. You will be provided with real-time updates on your place in the queue and can switch from a requested doctor, to first available. GP ROSTERS Check the roster for your preferred GP up to two weeks in advance, so you can plan your visit. eSCRIPTS eScripts issued by your doctor will be stored in your eScript wallet. Show the eScript to the pharmacy to dispense on the spot, or order online. HEALTH DOCUMENTS Receive electronic copies of correspondence from your doctor including medical certificates, specialist referrals, and radiology and pathology reports. You will also receive notifications when test results have been returned to your referring GP, so you know when to come back to discuss your results. MANAGE ALLIED APPOINTMENTS Appointments with allied health professionals, such as physiotherapists, or Specialists can be booked and managed via the app. MANAGE YOUR INFO Keep contact information for you and your dependants, and Medicare, DVA, Pensioner and Health Care Card details up to date. You can also link dependants to your account so you can check-in on their behalf. MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM The Our Medical Membership Program gives you exclusive access to healthcare benefits including vouchers for dental and physio. Whilst I haven’t had the opportunity yet to phone the practice manager at Morayfield back as yet to discuss my complaint I’m glad I hadn’t as yet. My issue stems from not been able to check in at another clinic without deleting the app and rejoining - why you don’t allow patients to book in manually is outrageous. In my case Morayfield only has one female GP so I choose to go to North Lakes. Tonight however I attempted to delete the app to see the roster at Morayfield and see if a female GP was rostered tomorrow - couldn’t sign up. Kept getting error occurred message. Tried resigning up again at North Lakes and can’t - same issue. I couldn’t send a code to my phone either - you’re laughably directed to phone reception which doesn’t exist. So now I can’t access the app at all. Your attempt at systemising everything alienates your patients, especially those who want a female GP or might have issues navigating setting up this worthless app - elderly or people with accessibility issues. Try putting your patients first for a change.

Useless app reloaded 5 times says I am offline can’t get notifications when I am next and it will not change. Staff don’t have a clue

Can’t link membership and hence can’t do GP checking. The health fund drop down box on link membership screen remains blank and doesn’t allow to provide my health fund details

Not so useful. If the Medicare card details are not matching for some technical reasons, the application is not allowing to register. Bad user experience. It should take the registration without a Medicare card and the practice can issue an invoice and I should be able to claim.

Why app remains active and displaying on the notification bar even when I close the app and not using.

The app lost my registration details. I couldn’t be bothered to reregister so deleted it and will go somewhere else.

I love Our Medical. The doctors are top notch and I’ve only had good experiences here. However the app… I have no idea why they took away the ability to see where you are in the queue? The poor receptionist is basically just dealing with person after person asking where they are in the queue. And with the ridiculous “only in notifications” new feature, when I get to the top 5 in the queue I often miss the notification and even then if I open the app I still can’t see where I am in the queue. Surely the added transparency can only help everyone involved?

I enjoy this clinic. It’s clean, quiet and the doctors are lovely. However! The app needs to let us know when there’s only two doctors on! Friday afternoon and there’s a hundred people here and the app does not tell us how long we will be waiting or how many doctors are on. I would have cancelled my consult and gone to the hospital had I known. If the receptionist can give a very rough answer of “approximately three hours” then the appointment should be able to do so also. Two doctors! There’s tonnes of empty rooms here. I’ve been waiting almost three hours. This is not the norm. The most I’ve waited in the past was around 40 minutes.

I go to 2 different OurMedical centres due to often being between these 2 areas. To check in to another centre than the previous appt, you have to completely delete and redownload the app and put in my details to sign up. You should be able to have 1 app and change centres based on where ever you are with the click of a button.
