Transferring funds is such a hassle. It keeps saying unable to process transaction. WHY?

It takes how many months before they fixed the terms & condition kasi can't click the button and now when I finally open the APP another problem naman ay unable to send money!!! Ano baaaaaa pahirap, ayaw nyo bang pagamit yung free transfer nyo.. FIX it naman

Worst banking app ever. I can’t even log in. It just says error then after a while, it will lock me out of the account as if it’s my fault! Horrible UI!! I hope they upgrade it - new BDO online app is just as horrible as well. Just doesn’t work at al l. I don’t know why they ask for remarks when transferring money when it doesn’t really show when you click on the transaction. They need to invest on better programmers for the app. Just horrible experience.
