Compared to the previous version, this is light on actual news. Many of the items are duplicated and unlike the previous version which had sections, this is simply a summary with perhaps one or two articles

After calling the subscription office last week, I was told to delete my existing app and download the new app, which I have done. The new app will not sign me in for some reason. I’ve been battling to read the Sunday for weeks now. If this continues, I will cancel my Times subscription

Scared of Lightening

Since the App was revamped a couple of days ago, I am unable to sign in. I repeatedly get a message “we can’t sign you in at the moment, try again later”. Very frustrating indeed, as I am travelling abroad and am battling to keep up to date on news at home.

It is the worst app. As a subscriber, I have to sign in every time by re-subscribing. App has been updated but experience is worse than the previous App.

Now suddenly I cant be signed in. Hate the new format. Not up to date. Thought it had been hacked, now I find out that it is supposedly an upgrade - not!
