Finally, a buzzer for the iPhone! This app turns you and your friends' iPhones and iPod touches into game buzzers! Start up one device as the game Host, and add as many iPhones and iPod touches to the mix to have your own trivia party!
Each device becomes a buzzer and everyone will see who buzzed in first! Forget spending $20-$220 on expensive buzzer systems, just download the app from the App Store and start your own ad-hoc trivia games wherever you have a wireless network!
Version 2.0 allows for multiple choice questions and free response answers to be submitted!
Expandable to any number of buzzers. Requires one iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple Silicon Mac, or Apple Vision Pro per buzzer and one for the host.
Compatible with all iOS devices, even the original iPhone! Put those old phones to use!
NOTE: This application requires at least 2 devices on the same wireless network with the app installed. If multiple devices use the same iTunes account, this is supported and only one purchase is required!

Buzzer uses auto-renewing subscriptions. The subscription provides access to premium features like ad removal and unlimited questions. The subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period and will be charged through your iTunes account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your iTunes account settings. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.

DO NOT UPDATE if you have older devices that cannot get the update (iPhone 7 or earlier, iPad mini 4 or earlier, iPad Air 2 or earlier, or iPad 4th gen or earlier). If all your devices can run iOS/iPad OS 16+ or are Apple Silicon macs or are Apple Vision Pro, then you’re good to update. Interoperability with our original version is still being worked out and we are awaiting feedback from Apple to fix. The older version of the app still works fine on all devices, however, we are being forced by Apple to issue an update in order to keep the older version of the app in the store on older devices.
This new version is completely re-written to use modern technologies and frameworks (which now requires a minimum of iOS 16 for the new version, however, older devices can still download our old version which we would like to get working with the new app!)
New app icon and design upgrades which are deliciously clean and clear on any screen size! No more black bars or fuzzy images on retina devices!
Added a new support framework so you can get support directly from within the app!
New monetization model means anyone can now download the app for free! Hosting games now costs tokens which can be gotten by watching ads or in-app purchases. If you prefer an ad-free and token-free experience, there are in-app purchases that will fully unlock the app and remove the freemium model to work like a traditional app purchase. And as a bonus of the full unlock, all your clients will not see ads either!

Added 64 bit support
Better indication of which multiple choice picked after selecting.
Still backwards compatible (so you can use your old iOS devices as buzzers).
Made sure that device auto-lock doesn't trigger when on the buzzer screen (should make testing and setup easier).
More options and better interface coming soon! Be sure to update in order to get rewarded for your support.
