The calculations have also been rigorously tested both mathematically and physically against almost all available mortgage calculators we could find. It's super accurate. It calculates at an extended number of decimal places, avoids floating-point errors and uses specialized rounding as suggested by the European Commission on rounding currency amounts and IEEE 754.

Fixed an issue where renewal scenarios showed an incorrect remaining term. You can now model renewal options more accurately and better assess ways to reduce payment shock.
