I’m a new Supporter Worker with Mable so just finding my feet and getting to know the apps. Already, I’ve been told to use the Mable Manage Clients app and have had to log in about 10 times and still not got anywhere. Not a great experience at all!!!! This is horrible and needs to fixed pronto. You are losing business from Clients and support workers.

I’ve just started using this phone app and it’s already playing up and won’t load certain pages.. says page unavailable and then takes me to an online area sam which has nothing to do with the subject I clicked on! I will maybe update the rating after a few months but not a good start

If you actually want NDIS work, you need to use the browser version. The app does not support agreements, and is clunky and unintuitive to use. I have missed messages because the alerts don’t work.

When is see a job listed that I’m interested in, and click ‘message Annie’, for example, it takes me to this page which has nothing to do with Annie. It simply isn’t working. Please fix it.

I actually worked on a session with devs for the old app. There was one or two things with the old app that should’ve been improved- like at tax time when mable doesn’t compile all of their deductions over the tax period for you, but you have to add each individual invoices percentage up. Then they made a whole new app- which was completely unnecessary and not what any of us asked for idk why this happened, but I’ve pretty much stopped using this app, and purely use my laptop to access invoicing and jobs. Completely different and unnecessary changes which are just confusing- as someone else mentioned too- the nature of this job isn’t necessarily a tight schedule- not being able to delete or access sessions once the time has lapsed is just weird, you should be able to change stuff? Anyways- kinda frustrated and done with it, just wanted to add my two cents and another 1* review for this mess- whoever pitched this should be sacked 👋🏽

It keeps saying session expired and it won’t let me log in for DAYS! (Not password related) I have support work to log but I cannot get in for the life of me. It just loads and send be back to the beginning😭

Terrible app. Always logs you out multiple times. Lucky to get the app to open. The old app now the clients app is much better. Has major tech issues that need fixing. Working via this app is hard to do. Not user friendly. If i didn’t have to use it i wouldn’t.
