Not able to select state while registering as a new user in Iphone .the worst telecom application ever used

Downloaded the app and tried register an account. The next step state option to select there is no state options appearing on the screen and I couldn’t type the state as well

I tried to add new landline/bharthfiber connection after registration. Showing something went wrong . Tried multiple times .. Uninstalled and installed and tried . That also not working . Password reset was successful but not able to login with the same password after sometime and no option to choose custom password . After tea reset password no option to come to home page .

This is the most useless app. For the past two years I am trying to pay through this . Not possible. Even to log in it says wrong password, not able to reset. I think nobody cares . Being a communication department, lack of communication only. Reset link not recived. No body cares even to answer this query
