Default functionality allows you to create a form in the settings and then create as many of that form as you want and email the information, including a PDF file and an Excel compatible .csv file.
In no way does the initial app demonstrate the complete capabilities of this application.

Form can be created in multiple sections with fields including timestamp, validated selections, location, signature, bar codes, and images along with many others and it can do custom interaction fields like summation.

For use with custom forms database created and supplied to our customers with multiple forms, advanced field types, overlaying of data over your existing paper forms(pdfs), and even possible map integration made to work simply and straightforward in the field.
Let us do the work for you. Once the forms are designed the way you want them and incorporated into your process, there is very low maintenance and support, which we handle for you.
We also offer custom servers to tie into the application to submit your data directly to so you can have access to your data from the cloud to your office.
