My yoga instructor recommended this app to me. Definitely useful if you’re looking to improve flexibility in specific areas. Personally loving all of the hip openers.

Great concept, wish I started long-hold flexibility training years ago. Definitely makes a difference.

I’ve been doing yoga regularly for the last few years but my progress has been really slow, especially in regard to my flexibility, which is the main reason I started yoga in the first place. So far I’m absolutely loving Yoga Boost. Its main focus is improving flexibility, which is perfect for me. I’ve only been using it for a few weeks but it’s made a significant difference already, especially in the hips. The long-hold stretches are also very relaxing and feel great before bed. Excited to keep going with it! The app itself is also really well done. Beautiful illustrations and really easy to follow along. Great job all around.
