This app is awesome. It excels at giving vision into what stages your BPM goes through during cardio workouts. Really clean way to make sure you hold effort in peak BPM zones.

When I started working from home due to COVID, I quickly realized that I was going all day and hardly moving. I started walking most days and then decided to up my game with HIIT walking workouts. I was so happy to find this app to not only help me keep track of my workouts, but to help me track the intensity and watch my heart rate. This app has become an integral part of my routine and has helped me tremendously!

Simply put, if you want to sure that you are challenging yourself within safe limits when working out, this app is for you. You can set levels for your heart BPM. The app will notify you when your BPM goes up or down a level.

So glad I came across this app. It’s very helpful with the different zones and I find I push myself a bit more with my workouts when I feel I need it.
