Great tool and easy to use. Love how you can save audio/video from your phone for easy access. For example, a recorded message from my therapist for easy access.

(Requires Google sign in or Apple sign in so would be more careful using this in a school setting due to possible privacy concerns?) A really interesting tool that I could see being very helpful for someone struggling with anxiety and/or depression. It allows you to choose what tools you would like to use (and you can make your own custom strategies for calming) and add them to a daily calendar - then you can give a thumbs up, a “neutral” or a thumbs down to rate if that strategy helped you cope. The calendar shows a month view with little color coded dots to show whether the strategies used worked or not. There are also resources, affirmations, a place to add audio and video files, and for a particular country- not sure where-a way to contact a suicide crisis hotline. Very interesting and helpful resource.
