Vehicle data
The user simply inputs the vehicle’s chassis number and then the app takes over, importing accurate vehicle data straight into the appraisal app, No mistakes, no confusion. Quality data at a stroke!
Photograph
The app invites the user to photograph each body panel and then record a quick comment about its condition. Photograph and record the mileage and service history and you have a real-time, indisputable history of the condition of the vehicle.
Share
The collected data is immediately stored into the user's "virtual garage" and is also sent to the dealerships personal web-based portal where it can be reviewed by the Sales Manager, Valuer or General Manager.
All data is stored digitally, securely and safely. No paper is required - an enormous cost saving and key step along the road to sustainability. Simply send vehicle details directly on to used car managers, group buyers and any other interested parties.
Analysis
Managers can review each trade in with highly detailed information and images. Underwrites can be based on the quality, accurate data, meaning the dealership can write quality business, therefore improving sales and margin performance.
