Citrix Workspace app lets you access your SaaS, web apps, mobile, virtual apps, files, and desktops to help you be as productive on the go as you are in the office. If your company uses Citrix, you have the freedom to work on your favourite device from wherever you are. Just ask your IT department how to get started. HOW TO USE CITRIX Workspace app 1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap on Get Started. 2. Enter the Server or email address as instructed by Your IT Help Desk or system administrator. 3. Enter your User Name and Password. 4. Select the applications you want to use. 5. For adding multiple accounts, navigate to Settings and tap on Manage Accounts. 6. For Deleting/Editing Account already added navigate to Settings and tap on the Store. HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps: Option 1 1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap 'Settings' and then 'Report Issue'. 2. Click on Advanced, choose Location as File & Console, Log Level as Verbose, click on the back arrow. 3. Type in a description of the issue and click Share. Choose your Email app. This will generate a log file attached to the draft email. 4. Send the email to your company's IT support team. Option 2 1. In the App Store, go to Citrix Workspace 2. Tap 'Reviews' and then tap 'App Support' found at the bottom right of the screen. 3. This launches the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues OR 4. To report issues, tap the menu icon and create an account first. }

I am a pipeline technician for a huge company in the United States. We depend on this app to look at our booster stations, pipelines everything and since the new updates, it is pretty much useless for us. Please help please remove latest updates so we can use this app again. Once again, it is huge for us to have this app out in the field.

I have used Citrix on numerous devices. Despite running this on a brand new iPad, the performance is worse than even a decade old iPad. As places move to bring your own devices, tablets and phones should be supported so that people don’t need to bring a full laptop on vacations and such. Do better or expect that orgs will switch away from Citrix to something that just works on everything.

Cannot get rid of bottom tab making it difficult to do tasks. Furthermore the app will not always open Cerner/Epic and will require restarting the application between sessions unlike prior to update.

After at least a year of not being able to even log into my account, I’m finally able to do so. However, the screen does not zoom in or out, so I can’t see the entire screen, rendering the app all but unusable. It used to be a great app, now it’s just a headache.

The app will repeatedly ask for camera access, sometimes as randomly as 4-5 times in a row and sometimes randomly throughout a session and you have no option but to continually dismiss the prompt each time it interrupts you. You should be able to deny access a single time and change your mind via a setting if you choose.

While I have been excited I can access important apps in the (citrix-secured) hospital system, the most recent update has crashed this opportunity: since I can no longer adjust the windows size, I almost cannot use the workspace any longer. Is remedy in sight? Thank you, FTB

Truly appalling experience. Shocking that Citrix can still not have these issues fixed which are top issues from over 2 years ago. App randomly freezes, cursor goes missing, doesn’t render onto secondary display clearly, etc. etc. Shocking.
