Danske ID is Danske Bank’s secure authentication app. You can use Danske ID to authorise and approve actions on Mobile Bank, eBanking, District and other Danske Bank requests. You will need to be registered for eBanking or a registered District User in order to use the app. To begin using the app, just download the app to your device and follow the activation steps. When using Danske ID for the first time, you will need your eBanking User ID/District User ID and Passcode/Password. You will also need to create a PIN code to log on to the app. For extra security you should choose a unique PIN code that you don’t use anywhere else. Once the activation is complete, your Danske ID is ready to use. Simply log on and slide to approve when prompted by Danske Bank to do so. You can find more information on Danske ID at: UK - danskebank.co.uk/DanskeID Finland – danskebank.fi/danskeiden IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UK If you are a business customer, you must be a registered District User to use Danske ID. If you are a personal customer, you must be registered for and have logged on to eBanking to use Danske ID. If you are a personal customer (aged 13 years and over) of Danske Bank in the UK using eBanking and have your eBanking User ID and passcode you can log on and use many of the features of the Danske ID. Can only use on one device. And the latest problem that appeared a number of month ago and still is not fixed is that after every 3-4 uses it deactivates Face ID and reverts to the less secure pin option. Every time you reactivate Face ID the app deactivates it after a few uses. USELESS.

Uusimman version jälkeen touchid epäonnistuu lähes jatkuvasti ja ohjelma pudottaa sen pois päältä toimi aikaisemmin ja edelleen muissa ohjelmissa ongelmitta

Otsikon ilmoitus ilmestyi äkisti sovelluksen käytön yhteydessä, kun oli päivittänyt iPhone 11 pro max puhelimeni ajantasalle. Siihen asti toimivuus 5*, mutta nyt 1* toimimattomuuden vuoksi. Onko puhelimeni oikeasti liian vanha? Vai tuleeko Danske ID-sovellukselle uusi päivitys, joka korjaa ongelman? Missä mättää?

For some reason, the Face ID button has disappeared from the login menu. Only way to restore it is if I reinstalled the app but it will disappear again shortly. The issue has been there for many months and there’s still no bug fix.

1-2 viikon välein tulee virheilmoitus "Kasvontunnistus/Sormenjälkitunnistus epäonnistui" ja on pakko käyttää PIN-koodia. Vaikka kasvontunnistuksen pistää asetuksista uudestaan päälle, se menee itsestään pois päältä. Missään muussa sovelluksessa minulla ei vastaavaa ongelmaa ole.

Face ID toimii epävakaasti. Välillä yrittää lukea kasvoja ja luku onnistuu mutta sovellus pysyy lukossa. Joskus parin kerran jälkeen aukeaa, joskus menee jumiin. Kun tämä toistuu pari kertaa niin faceid kytkeytyy kokonaan pois päältä sovelluksen asetuksissa.
