Très bonne application avec des programme adapté pour une reprise ou une amélioration de ces compétences. Dommages qu’il ne soit pas possible de mettre en pause pour blessure légère ou pour une semaine dé vacances.

Une très bonne application, très intuitive mais que je déconseillerai aux débutants. Ayant testé moi même, le volume de course a été trop important et je me suis grillés les deux genoux. J’ai repris un cursus débutant sur Campus Coach et j’ai pu continuer à courir sans douleurs

Je trouve tout ce dont j’ai besoin dans cette application, que j’utilise pour ma prépa. Cependant, il y a une petite erreur dans la section “Gérer mes objectifs” : au final, on ne peut ajouter qu’un seul objectif…

L’app ne tient pas compte des temps de référence qu’on lui renseigne et propose des séances avec une allure marathon qui n’a pas de sens. Édit : contrairement à ce que dit la réponse du développeur, non, si je choisis un programme « je cours pour me maintenir en forme » (car mon prochain marathon est en octobre et impossible de demander à l’app un plan aussi long), alors il me met des séances avec un allure marathon bidon.

J’ai commencé à l’utiliser car les programmes de ma montre sont limités au semi-marathon. Le programme s’adapte au niveau de forme, il donne un avis clair et sûr sur le projet envisagé, ce qui est un sacré plus ! Je complète ça avec des conseils trouvés en podcast et sur YouTube. Avec ça, j’ai fait mon premier marathon et j’entame mon deuxième ! Une appli au top et en cas de souci de connexion avec la montre un sav qui assure ! Merci !!!

malgré mes 5 étoiles, je pense qu'il manque certaines features. L'application donne des stats sur la qualité des entraînements réalisés ; cependant, il semblerait que le pourcentage de réussite soit indexé à la VMA indiquée et non à la progression. une meilleure intégration des entraînements qui viennent d'autre sport, en dehors des objectifs de course à pied ou triathlon. cette app me permet d'avoir des entraînement variés que je peux déplacer au besoin
