• YOUR DATA REMAINS YOUR DATA: Are the declarations processed in Bangalore? Or would you rather store everything yourself? Not a problem for Declaree. The accountant exports everything in 1 simple click. Your data remains your data! Also handy if the tax authorities want to view it.
• CLEAR ADMINISTRATION: With Declaree, you can sort and search in many ways. In two mouse clicks, you can see all declarations that have been booked on a specific project or category. Handy if you want to save on transport costs, for example.
• BUDGET DECLARATIONS: With Declaree, the employer can set budgets and limits, such as a book budget, bicycle plan, or a limit on taxi use. Both the employer and the employee can see at any time how much budget has already been used and how much space is left.
• WORK COST REGULATION: From 2014, the work cost regulation is mandatory, and an employer can spend a maximum of 1.4% of the total fiscal salary on untaxed allowances for employees. Anything above this must be taxed at 80%! With Declaree, you always know where you stand.
