Compiling the plan was straightforward except that I could not find any list or info on the safe places near me, so had to guess what would be best, I chose the nearby oval. A link to the nearby safe places so I could plan a route would be useful.

Not able to see what I was typing into the boxes, until I had finished doing so. Very clunky app and difficult to negotiate. Not clear where I get to access/review the plan. Why does one need a password. I’m pretty sure that it would be difficult to recall in an emergency.

The text fields limited my characters. The app did not explain the bushfire warnings and I had to close the app to look them up. There was not enough guidance about the types of things to write down with a couple of the questions.

Difficult to know when to say you will leave as no information is provided on what options you should choose from. If you have no knowledge of when is a good time to leave and when it is safe to stay then this app doesn’t help in this fundamental step. The rest of the app when you need to list important items to take is useful.

The pages are not displaying my responses properly- most of the information is not visible once entered

The app needs to be iPad compatible - ie. auto-rotate to landscape for input using an external keyboard on Ipad. A drop-down menu of the bushfire alert levels would be useful on the screen which asks “I will leave when....” Other than that, it looks straightforward and usable.

I have downloaded the app and have tried to create an account 3 times. Each time that I get to start creating a password it crashes. Great idea but maybe the developers should make sure it works before publicly launching it.
