Keep your finances under control at all times with the PostFinance App
Carry out your banking transactions easily and securely whether you’re at home or on the go. With the PostFinance App, you can keep track of your accounts, payments and investments. Access is quick and easy with Face ID or Touch ID.
All you need to know about your account at a glance
• Check your account balance, keep track of income and expenditure, and analyse what you spend your money on.
• Scan or upload QR-bills, pay eBills directly in the app and send money easily to mobile numbers.
• Documents can also be displayed and shared easily as PDFs.
• Apple Pay and PostFinance Pay are available for convenient payment.
Settings and support directly in the app
• Adjust card limits, block or unblock your cards or order a replacement.
• Set up push notifications for credits, debits or eBill.
• You can also change your address or reset your password directly in the app.
• If you have any questions, the PostFinance chatbot will be happy to help you at any time.
Investing and retirement planning made easy
• Track stock market prices, access your custody account and manage your investment products from digital asset management to fund self-service and e-trading.
Digital vouchers and prepaid credit
• Buy or gift vouchers for iTunes, PaysafeCard and many other providers or top up prepaid credit for your mobile phone.
Security is top priority
Your data is optimally protected using modern encryption methods. For even greater security, we recommend keep-ing the operating system and all apps up to date. General information on security
• Keeping your data secure is our top priority. A multi-stage encryption and identification process ensures that only you have access to your accounts.
• Apple Store must be preinstalled on your device. Manual installation of the Store and installation of the Post-Finance App via this channel or downloading the PostFinance App via a third-party provider are not permitted.
• PostFinance observes the provisions of Swiss data protection legislation when collecting and processing personal data. In all areas of its online product range, comprehensive technical tools and organizational measures are used to protect against unauthorized access, manipulations and data loss.
• If you lose your mobile phone and/or your SIM card or if there is reason to suspect misuse, please contact our Customer Center immediately on +41 58 448 14 14.
Important information
For regulatory reasons, the app does not support onboarding or sign-up to new products and services for people who are not domiciled in Switzerland. For customers living abroad, the app acts as a login mechanism for their existing relationship with PostFinance.

L’application est désormais encore plus simple à utiliser. Dans les cinq domaines Home, Paiements, Place-ments, Offres et Services, vous trouverez encore plus rapidement ce dont vous avez besoin.
• Les accès rapides vous permettent d’accéder directement aux principales fonctions: scannage, paiement, transfert et analyse.
• La recherche sera disponible sur chacun des «écrans principaux» (onglet: accueil, Paiements, Placements, Offres, Services).
• Dans la rubrique «Investir», vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos placements financiers:
• Découvrir: inspiration pour de nouvelles possibilités de placement et de prévoyance
• Aperçu du marché: aperçu des principales évolutions et tendances, compact et compréhensible.
• Rendez-vous de conseil: convenir d’un rendez-vous avec des expertes et des experts pour un conseil personnali-sé.
• «Plus» est désormais «Services». Sous «Services», vous trouverez désormais cinq sections: cartes, Notifica-tions, Documents, Profil et paramètres ainsi que Contact et assistance.
• Notification («cloche»): la fonction de notification actuelle «Symbole de la cloche» est supprimée de «Home» et se trouve désormais sous «Services» en tant que point de menu séparé «Notifications». Dans la section «Profil et paramètres», vous avez toutes les possibilités de personnaliser l’application en fonction de vos besoins.

• Mit den Schnellzugriffen erreichen Sie die wichtigsten Funktionen direkt Scannen, Zahlen, Übertragen und Analysen.
• Die Suche wird auf jedem der «Hauptscreens» (Tab: Home, Zahlungen, Anlegen, Angebote, Services) vorhanden sein.
• Im Bereich «Anlegen» finden Sie alles, was Sie für Ihre Geldanlage brauchen:
• Entdecken: Inspiration zu neuen Anlage- und Vorsorgemöglichkeiten
• Marktübersicht: Wichtigste Entwicklungen und Trends im Blick, kompakt und verständlich.
• Beratungstermin: Termin vereinbaren mit Expert:innen für eine persönliche Beratung.
• «Mehr» heisst neu «Services». Unter «Services» finden Sie fünf Abschnitte: Karten, Benachrichtigungen, Dokumente, Profil und Einstellungen sowie Kontakt und Support.
• Benachrichtigung («Glocke»): Das heute bestehende Benachrichtigungs-Feature «Glocken-Symbol» wird von «Home» eliminiert und findet sich neu unter «Services» als separater Menüpunkt «Benachrichtigungen».
• Kontakt und Support erscheinen in einem neuen Erscheinungsbild. Die oberen Kacheln bieten jetzt «Hotline an-rufen», «Chat starten» und «Beratung vereinbaren». Neu gibt es zudem den Bereich «Hilfe» sowie «Über diese App».
