What can you do from the Activa DKV app?
-In your profile you will be able to consult your health insurance policy information and its procedures, modify contact details, consult payment methods, your insurance policy’s special conditions and sign pending documentation. You can also make enquiries about procedures or locate your nearest DKV office.
- With our DKV medical directory search engine, you can find the specialist doctor you need within the DKV health areas in the town where you are.
- Do you need to request authorizations with DKV insurance company for your medical tests? No problem! With Activa DKV you can do it easily and without leaving your home.
- Do you want to manage reimbursements in your insurance policy? You can also do it from the app!
- Access to MiMomento section to take better care of yourself through resources, experiences and solutions based on the vital moment in which you are
- Manage your medical appointments in a simple way: access video calls, cancel or modify your appointments.
- Receive emergency medical assistance through our medical chat. Thanks to this functionality, you will be able to have immediate access to qualified medical professionals, who will be available 24 hours a day to provide you with the care you need in urgent situations.
- Schedule a video call with health personnel. Thanks to our video call platform, you can schedule and book appointments with healthcare professionals in DKV spaces. In virtual medical consultations you will have medical guidance, evaluations, treatment follow-up and even obtain electronic prescriptions, all from the comfort of your home.
- With Activa DKV, you will have complete health insurance at your disposal, and you will be able to access your DKV Medicard virtual health card, and to access the health care and medical emergency services you need. And all this, in an easy-to-use and completely free app.
- Directly access QC+ functionalities easily and securely. Remember that in order to access video consultations, medical chat and obtain your electronic prescription, you must also have the Quiero Cuidarme Más app installed.
At Activa DKV we need you enable the following permissions
- Location: To help you find the nearest doctors, medical centers, and DKV Offices.
- Photos/multimedia/files: so that you can upload documentation regarding your authorizations or refunds to the app.
- Camera: so that you can photograph medical reports and upload them to the app.
- Microphone: for video consultations.
