Like the format and visual aid and the counting and music. I considered myself an absolute beginner coordination wise but have found the work outs doable (with a little tweaking to make things easier or harder at the coach suggestion). Also like the trouble area focus and other suggested work outs. Will stick to another 30 days, contours already appearing in my trouble area.

This whole app is free! I love that this app is free, the graphics are cute, the workouts are nice, and it’s just great! This is probably my favorite app to use for working out.

Couldn’t rate thigh highly enough! It has an easy 30 weight loss challenge that can be for beginners or more experienced people. It has the addition of mini workouts on specific target areas like your bum, face, abs, arms........ Really really love this, it helped me to keep my focus and I have way more definition of muscles than I’ve ever had before, so thank you!!!!!!!

At the moment I’m on day 3, but from the past days I really like this app, it’s very good if ur trying to loose weight easy and quick. And altogether the 30 days are free.
