I've restarted characters TWICE on this game, and I purchased startup packs and a 30 day pack both times. At some point, each has frozen when loading rewards or email rewards, then when restarting, all the things you won were lost. I thought I had a bad account at first, so started a new one... no luck. This morning, opened six emails, including two 1000 gem emails for arena and battlegrounds top ten. Game froze after opening them. Restarted and POOF! All gone, including the daily 100 gems from my monthly pack. Tried a hard reset on IPad, no change. Support tab doesn't work. Follow the app support tab from App Store and the game isn't EVEN LISTED at the Dev site. Good luck, but don't spend money on this.

This is an updated review, used to be 5 stars, now it’s 1. I LOVED this game. 2 days after I wrote my review about how great it was and what set it apart they did a stealth update and ruined what made it great. Creative team with the nicest and most awesome customer support - have to give them their due. The game was unique in that playing was not stuck behind a “stamina” wall. It was fun and didn’t force me to have to pay to spend more than 10 minutes in the game and I still spent over $200 in my first 3 weeks. And then 2 days later without so much as a word playing the game is stuck behind “keys”. You used to need keys to do speed runs (for convenience you paid) but if you were willing to grind then you could just play. The “dungeons” reset every 3 hours so you could just literally play as much as you liked and slowly grow your team. There’s never enough gold but you could work for it. You could buy gems if you wanted to reset a specific dungeon early looking for specific gear. Now you get 8 keys per day and if you want to play more start swiping. Look, let’s be honest, this is a new game without tons of content, but they were headed in the right direction. There are no guilds and no social features and the one working chat tab was pretty much mine... I could say hello in it and hear the echoes. This could be a fun game, it was, I was hooked. The most recent patch totally destroyed all I found fun. There are more polished games where I can spend my money... I wish they would go back to how they had it and I would prefer to spend it here but in its current state I will not support it financially. For what it was and what it could be it was my favorite game, hope they have a chance to reconsider, anyone can make an error in judgment. It is their game though so they can do what they want... hope they want to change it back. I was actually budgeting how much I could afford to put into it each month and after logging in and seeing the changes I went from being ready to spend more to instantly regretting having spent anything. BTW - Ana (customer support) is awesome, she’s the only reason they get any stars from me and she’s worth all 5 stars but the game is now negative 4 stars.

I want to play but I constantly get that light strike , super strike screens etc can you minimise them?

It would be so much better if they added more to do beat the regular campaign in less then a week and nothing to do after but rinse and repeat boring!!!!!!

3 stars till the gold issue is fixed Update: Been 3 weeks with no app update. Safe to assume this game isn’t near the top of their list to fix the gold issue. Everything cost way too much gold. Would love to keep playing but man I would have to spend all my gold to fuse only half of one character

Great game. Needs a few adjustments and rating goes up. PVP battles need to be tweaked. In battles I’m forced to put my “fire heroes in front and certain opposing “fire” heroes are in the back or vice versa. And there is no support link on the website for the game.

Can you guys come up with other ways to get gold since all the leveling up and armoring costs a ton of gold? I just can’t wrap my head around how much gold you need to make in order to become strong enough to move forward with the game. I really really like this game, but I’m about to be done with it. I have an idea, you know how you can take character cards and turn them into experience, can you make an option on there to sell them for gold and experience? Please think about options that can make the experience better! Thank you for you consideration and for making a great game.
