This app is as rubbish as the Himalayan 450 I purchased a year ago that still doesn’t work correctly. Royal Enfield are a joke, the product, support and dealer and dealers are useless!!!!

Need to keep the phone unlocked to see the map on Guerilla 450, drain the battery and make my phone hot on my pocket, no Wingman functionality for trip summary and stats of bike performance

Where to begin… Very slow screen updates on tripper dash. It is so slow to orient the map when you turn a corner. It’s pathetic. Utterly shocking battery drain on iPhone, and yes everything is latest versions. Keep getting some RE Prime error where it can’t generate a route. I have to constantly delete the app and reinstall. Slow to connect to vehicle. Doesn’t show posted speed limits on dash. Can’t update bike via phone (yet cf moto can). This really is a shockingly poor app. Here we are thinking in India has some of the best developers in the world and this is what you send to market. With the likes of CF Moto in the mix now you need to lift your game or they will eat your lunch. I appreciate you reaching out but honestly it’s too poor a design and you cannot fix these concerns. I have instead purchased a beeline, it has NONE of the issues I have called out above. It works! Maybe you should have partnered with them.

The lesser the distractions on screen, the better while one’s riding the bike. I use the maps on my Shotgun 650 and it’s perfectly designed where it not only tells me about my next turn but the following turn in advance keeping me better prepared with choosing the right lanes on Australian freeways. This is how maps should be done. Well done RE Team. Don’t change it.

ルート案内等、そこそこ使えているのですが、バイク自体を日本で展開していくのであれば日本語表示に対応してほしいです。

While the app does what it should in terms of providing direction there is no requirement for it to require constant access to my location. While the support team was responsive their insistence I must constantly share my location is an overstep and something I am not willing to provide.
