The app sound broadcast is poor to hearing aids. I suspect the band pass filters used to clean up the signal for graphing visually are also applied to the sound sent to my hearing aids this makes the broadcast sound unusable. I hope they fix this!

No te permite guardar nada sin estar conectado a internet. El manejo de pacientes es poco intuitivo. No te permite compartir los audios grabados de forma sencilla. El estetoscopio es genial, pero la app es una basura, por eso nunca la uso.

A fantastic device with the highest cost on the market EKO 500. So far so good, but you cannot print the ECG and or share the audio/ECG, it is disrespectful to the consumer. They must disclose that these functions and others such as Murmurs & AFib, etc., only if you pay for the service at a cost of more than 100 dollars annually. At first it wasn't publicized like that. I bought mine and I didn't think it would disappoint me, it works perfect, but I didn't think it wouldn't have what was expected, being able to print and/or share it with colleagues. Sad reality and disappointment. Buy it, but don't expect more than audio amplification and ECG visualization for your use only.

The great volume you get when having the stethoscope in your ears versus the strangely muted volume you get when listening via an iphone makes this app a hard sell. Even when turned ALL THE WAY UP to 10 and the phones master volume is all the way up, the volume on playback is really poor. Please fix this and it will be much better. Also a shame it doesn’t have better filtering for artifact on the tracing.

The app is very frustrating to use. I bought it to use for myself , not for patients, so the login id is my own so I know what ID and password I’m entering. - Password rejected 75%. I only get one successful login out of every four tries. - If password is accepted, the app still keeps you on login screen but has the word patients at the bottom. By keeping me on login I thought the app needed me to re-enter the password. But you have to click on patients to see your recording. The app should automatically take you to patients recordings once I entered a good password but instead keeps me at login. - The most visible button is Menu but that is only for user account settings which one does not need to access everytime. - Cannot export recordings outside of Litmsnn’s control. If you send to another person then they too must have a Littman account. Be nicer to email to someone who can view the recording right away. - If I try to use a third party screen capture app to capture my data then the app log you out every time when I switch apps. When I start recording and switch back to Littmann app then I must re-enter my password. However when I choose not to show my password (because I don’t want it shown during screen capture recording) each key I enter is briefly shown then turns into an asterisk. During that brief moment people can see my password making the ‘do not show’ password feature defeats its purpose. I’m too frustrated with the multiple problems with logging in everytime, so I plan to request a full refund. May consider in future after they fix these serious issues. Wish Littman the best but app needs a lot more work.

The app is so far not bad (does also not bring giant benefits). However, the soon you register you get spammed with emails, incl. asking you how likely you are to recommend them (with scale, etc) just 2 hours after you registered.
