The app itself is good, but the “technicians” that are on the other side of your booking are just very unprofessional. They have very little idea of how to do basic things, speak almost zero English, are late, lie on the application request timeline that they “reached”, “started work” - all while not even visiting the apartment at all!

I am writing to follow up regarding the unrefunded Home Modification Fee associated with my earlier request. The situation remains unresolved, and I require immediate clarity on the matter. To reiterate the details: On October 10, I submitted a Home Modification request and paid the associated fee of 500 AED. Following a necessary design change, I was instructed to have the original request entirely canceled/rejected, as the website does not permit edits to submitted requests, and then to submit a new one. The original request was officially rejected on October 25. I was initially assured that refunds for canceled requests are processed within one week. However, more than two weeks have now passed since the rejection on October 25, and over a month has passed since the original payment was made, yet I have still not received the 500 AED refund. Furthermore, I was previously informed that I would receive an update from your finance team by November 10. That deadline has now also passed without any communication or resolution. This lengthy delay and lack of communication are becoming unacceptable. I request a clear explanation for this significant delay and an immediate update on the exact date when the refund will be processed. I look forward to your prompt response and the immediate resolution of this outstanding refund.

It has been almost six years since I received my property, and this comment comes from continuous observation and an ongoing sense of improvement over time. However, I must sincerely acknowledge that since the arrival of Mr. Santosh, the cleanliness in the three southern towers has become truly remarkable. The consistent maintenance and attention to detail create a sense of comfort and satisfaction for both residents and guests. I would like to thank Emaar Management and Mr. Santosh for their dedication and professionalism. What truly stands out is Mr. Santosh’s genuine commitment to his work, which consistently delivers excellent results. I wish you all continued success, and I hope Mr. Santosh remains as dedicated as he is today — a person who carries his responsibilities with honesty and care.
