Here’s what you can do on the E.ON app.
- Submit a meter reading, easier than ever with the in-app torch.
- Keep an eye on how you’re using your energy with our handy See© tool.
- Use live chat to speak to us if you’ve got any questions.
- Check your account balance, manage your bills and direct debit.
- Make payments.
- Refer your friends.
- Renew or switch your tariff.
- Request a smart meter.

We’ve made some background updates to keep our app up and running. Old versions of the app will stop working in two weeks so we need all customers to upgrade to the latest version to avoid any issues.
We’ve also made it clearer that this app won’t work for E.ON Next customers. If you’re an E.ON Next customer (your account number will start with A-) just search “E.ON Next” to find the right app.
